Presentation and paper qulity very average

Contents very good. Presentation and paper quality very poor compared to DK Eyewitness and Fodors. Quality of photographs and maps are relatively poor.

Bought as Gift

Bought for couple who are travelling to Japan next year. This large fully glossy book will give them lots of ideas and information to prepare and inspire them for their trip. Good value too.

Excellant for in depth travel info on Japan

A useful reference

I bought this edition for the latest information prior to a trip to Japan. It is well laid out, comprehensive and a big improvement on the 10-year-old edition I replaced. Much more useful information is provided.
